I am a former archaeologist and permaculture fan who intends to do an early retirement to Ecuador in a few years. My husband and I are looking at Cotacachi. Lots of work to do first, learning Spanish and downsizing my collections of Japanese kimonos, ceramics and lacquerware.

We would very much enjoy hearing from other people who have made or are making the move. We currently live in Pittsburgh, PA. My husband Paul is a retired instructor of physics, math and astronomy.
